Do I need teaching experience for iQTS?
What providers typically expect before you start.
Most iQTS providers do not require previous teaching experience, but you must have a school where you can teach regularly throughout the programme. You will also need a bachelor's degree and to meet English and maths requirements.
Requirements differ by provider, so check the eligibility details for each programme before applying.
